Background:
RiverSpring, formerly ElderServe, is an organization that provides in-home care for elderly people and older adults.

Task:
Inform the members and community that ElderServe Health is now RiverSpring Health Plans, and reassure them that the name change will not affect their care.

Insight:
Cosmetic changes on the outside, like a new look, don't always change what's on the inside.

Approach:
Give 6 of RiverSpring's members a new look; complete with hair, makeup, and a stylist and a fashion photographer.
